This range holds the Fresenius Medical Care machines for in-centre treatment, from the 4008 family to the 6008 platform. The 4008S classix and 4008A are the long-running family for chronic haemodialysis and cost-sensitive units: the 4008S adds online clearance monitoring and an integrated filter for ultrapure dialysis fluid, the 4008A is a lower-cost variant with a touchscreen, and both take the bibag dry bicarbonate cartridge and can connect to clinic software.

The 5008S CorDiax prepares its own substitution fluid online and optimises the substitution volume automatically, so high-volume haemodiafiltration runs without bagged solutions; a Paed variant is available for paediatric haemodialysis. The 6008 CAREsystem pairs the machine with a pre-connected bloodline set, one-step priming and rinsing and venous access monitoring, running HD or high-volume HDF from the same set and switching between single- and double-needle modes without re-stringing.
