The PneumoClear insufflator delivers heated, humidified CO2 while actively evacuating surgical smoke through one tube set, so the laparoscopic view stays clear during the procedure. Operating modes cover standard, paediatric and bariatric procedures, and the unit integrates with the platform’s software package. Its applications include laparoscopy, colorectal surgery and robotic surgery.
