Overview
The Q Guidance System is a surgical planning and navigation platform from Stryker for cranial and spine procedures. It uses full-spectrum active/passive hybrid optical tracking through a camera, with two PCs and two touch screen monitors for control inside and outside the sterile field. Its configuration includes a camera arm, monitor arm, drawer with mouse and keyboard, and storage drawer.
It works with the Cranial Guidance Software and the Spine Guidance Software, and it integrates with Airo TruCT for automatic registration. The system is also the hub of the Mako SmartRobotics ecosystem, which includes Mako Total Hip, Total Knee, Partial Knee, Spine and Shoulder applications. Optional components for the cranial software include an EM field generator mounting arm.
