Overview
The multiFiltratePRO is a multi-modality acute blood purification system used in intensive care units. It delivers continuous kidney replacement therapy (CKRT) for patients with acute kidney injury (AKI) and offers Ci-Ca therapy for regional citrate anticoagulation (RCA), therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE) and combination with adsorbers from other manufacturers to remove harmful substances from the blood. One device can deliver several of these therapies.
Many critically ill patients in intensive care units have multi-organ failure, and the system offers a range of organ support therapies for them. It can also be used for low-flow extracorporeal CO2 removal with multiECCO2R in addition to CKRT. It has built-in HL7 connectivity to a patient data management system (PDMS) for data exchange.
