Delta-Cast Elite polyester casting tape

Delta-Cast Elite is a polyester casting tape. It is a fibreglass-free casting material that combines strength and rigidity with soft edges for patient comfort. Its polyester substrate features extensible yarns that shape to body contours, providing moulding capability.

The resin formulation allows application with standard examination gloves and gives consistent unrolling tension and secure lamination. The cast has a smooth finish with soft edges, is easy to apply and remove, and is highly conformable. It produces less dust during cast removal. Rolls are 3.6m long and come in boxes of 10, in white, red, blue, purple, black, pink, green and mixed pack. Sizes run from 5cm x 3.6m to 12.5cm x 3.6m.
