Overview

Stryker’s hip replacement range covers implants for total hip arthroplasty, including primary and revision portfolios with cemented and cementless options. Accolade II is a femoral stem built on a Morphometric Wedge design with size-specific medial curvature, developed using the Stryker Orthopaedic Modeling and Analytics (SOMA) system. Its stem geometry is intended to fit a broad range of bone sizes and shapes, and it can be used with muscle-sparing approaches.

Exeter is a cemented stem for total hip arthroplasty with a collarless design and a wide range of offset and body size options. It is designed as one implant and instrument system for primary, revision and hip fracture cases. Exeter can be used with Mako SmartRobotics, and surgical approaches in the range include the Direct Anterior Reconstructive Technology (DART) and the Direct Superior Approach. Insignia stems and Trident and Trident II acetabular systems complete the range.
