Overview
CrossFire 2 is an integrated resection and energy console from Stryker, used in arthroscopy. It combines RF and shaver functionality in one console with a universal footswitch. The console and footswitch control SERFAS energy probes, Formula Series handpieces and TPS Small Joint handpieces, so one footswitch and one console replace multiple footswitches and consoles in the operating room.
The system integrates with the CrossFlow pump, which optimises fluid flow when the two are used together. Its interface can be fully customised, so individual settings do not need to be changed between cases. It is used across Stryker’s sports medicine and arthroscopic resection range, covering the knee, hip, shoulder and small joints.
