Overview
The ELUXEO 800 Series gastroscopes are flexible video gastroduodenoscopes for the upper gastrointestinal tract, used with the EP-8000 processor. The upper gastrointestinal endoscopes have a 140° field of view, a 0° viewing direction and an observation range of 2-100 mm. The 800 system endoscopes use a CMOS image sensor.
The EG-840T and EG-840TP are therapeutic gastroscopes with 210° up and 160° down angulation. The EG-840T has a 9.8 mm insertion tube and a 3.2 mm instrument channel, while the EG-840TP has a slim 7.9 mm insertion tube, also with a 3.2 mm channel and a water jet function. The 800 system gastroscopes use gradual stiffness technology in the insertion tube, intended to aid insertion and handling in the upper gastrointestinal tract.
