Overview
AquaBplus is a reverse osmosis water treatment system that prepares permeate for haemodialysis in the dialysis centre. Its sensors and hydraulic systems are controlled by integrated functional test routines, and it has a user interface, network connectivity and options that can be added as upgrades. The AquaBplus B2 second stage can be operated together with the first stage or on its own, for redundancy or higher permeate quality.
AquaBplus HF adds hot disinfection of the permeate loop, dialysis unit tubing and the dialysis machines. It can disinfect up to five haemodialysis machines in sequence, can be retrofitted, and monitors temperature continuously. Daily monitoring can be carried out from one central location, and remote access allows system oversight.
